Last night we were in the basement watching tv. Lyric walked up to Pippin and hit him with her paw. In the past he would freak out, jump back and look at her like "what are you doing?". But last night he lifted his paw and tapped her on the head. This began a 15 to 20 minute play session between the two of them. My husband and I were so excited! We just spent the whole time watching them and laughing at them as they batted at each other, ran in circles and just played. This is what I had envisioned when we decided to get another dog. I am so happy that they are starting to enjoy each other! It took a week, but I think we may have broken through the first obstacle.

Got all my work done for the rummage sale next weekend. Having it at my mom's house, so the pups will be taking a little road trip with me for the day since my husband is going to be out of town. Having them with us should make the day go quicker!
