Missy you are so very brave... When you said a cat, I thought you meant a domestic cat!! A little puddy cat!! Not a BIG scary cat like that!!! 

Do they just scream in the night, Missy? Do they? No wonder Mommie needs you to sleep in her bed, what with you being so brave ? 

Do you see much of them in the day time? Or hear them in the day?

You have a brill Mom, I'm so glad she cancelled you 'B' day.. (Gulp) so you could go tracking... Wow, and you are a fantastic tracker, look at all those signs  of the BIG cat that you found ... 

'What are those Devils horns, Coming out of the ground'? They look interesting.

we showed Dad your cat pic and played the sounds for him, and he said that if we had THAT loose in our garden he would never set foot outside ever again!

Tara was whining to get up, but she went as quiet as a mouse when the cat noises started.

And I thought the coyotes around here were dangerous!

If I had something like that prowling around I think I'd be figuring out how to set up a wildlife camera.  I'd love to have a picture of that beastie in my back yard.

That a girl Missy, you protect your family from the big bad kitty cat, very brave to go out hunting putty cats, just ask Elma Fudd 

We have black panthers in the woods in Georgia, you wouldn't like their screams because they sound like a woman screaming...give you chill bumps. 

Glad you didn't have to do the bath today since it's so cold brrrrrr....Wouldn't  want you to catch a cold now that Spring is just around the corner, you just sit on your window bench and watch for kitty cats and stay warm and Safe!

Missy girl your braver than I would be.......that is one big cat. We have coyotes, wild pigs, fox, hawks, owls and an occasion bear  in our area and that is bad enough.  Have you ever see one during the day?.......most of these animals are night prowlers but do adventure out during the day. We have coyotes cut thru our property during the day and the Border Collies will come sit on the porch until they pass......and their hair is standing straight up on their coats....either scared or protecting the house....neither one will bark.  I would much prefer sitting on the bench and watch from the window........much safer.

Thanks Aunties I Am Brave aren't I?! I wasn't scared at all, I wanted to go out when I heard him screaming on the other side of our fence. But mommy said I'd be nothing more than a small snack for him.. 

Yup we do sometimes hear and see them during the day but not often, mostly it's at night. Both mommy and daddy have seen them but you gotta be quick cuz they sure are! Daddy did want to put some cameras up Auntie Pawz but silly daddy he wanted to be able to see it in the house and that was Waaay too much work!! 

Daddy says they come down along the river that is by us and come looking for food cuz we have a lot of deer and stuff. Last year I found a deer paw (or is it hoof?) that they left in the woods! Gee I shoulda had mommy get a picture, but yeah you might not a wanted to see that..  

I Do protect mommy cuz they come around the front of the house right Under the bedroom window and scream and scream and wake us up- sounds kinda like a kid screaming but you know it's not, it's much worse!

Gee Auntie Jeannie I thought for sure you had them too cuz you're up in the mountains! Black bear scare me, they come here too and our next door neighbors doggie got mauled by one.. Very sad. He was out at night and they just have that silly underground shock fence and well ya know that bear didn't have a collar for That fence...  

Yeah Auntie Julia I gotta go back out and check out those Devils horns again! I dunno What that is, it was gettin pretty cold by then so we came on back and left that for another day!   Missy
