Hmm, lets see. Someone started a post about crazy next door neighbors and I thought hmm, I’ve had my fair share of a few and it's probably best to just blog about some of my experiences 
. Here goes, and yes, it's all true!
Brooklyn- Crazy E and her teenage kids 
, where do I even begin? This woman had gotten an above ground pool in her yard. Every year it was the same story for about 5-6 years . They would drain the pool from the year before as the water was disgusting and smelly, no cover for the winter. They would then put the kids in the pool to scrub up the lining, which in itself was probably a hazard. They'd then proceed to fill this pool and not run a filter or pump. The kids would go in this pool for about 2 weeks, at which there was already a film on the water and within a months time, it was all green. In about 2 months time it was black and smelly! The mosquitoes were horrible, never could use the yard without being eaten alive. In addition, she had 2 huge Rottweilers, which they almost never cleaned up after. These dogs lived outside almost all the time and she bred them and sold the puppies , people would buy them as fast as she could breed them, the female was always pregnant and she ended up with severe hip dysplasia and had to be put down at the age of 3. The male always went wild if anyone ever went outside and would most likely try to eat anything that came near it. They barked all the time and the fire department was 4 blocks away, every time the engines would run those 2 would howl and howl! and the crazy neighbor on the other side which lived on the 3rd floor above the stores would get upset that he started throwing glass bottles in the yard trying to hit those dogs that were howling. Problem is it ended up in my yard, why did he think he had such great distance, who knows . I had to call the police 3 times on him and they finally ended up throwing this guy out of his apartment. Back to E, they used to have some wild parties, people throwing up outside, noise so loud, you get the picture I'm sure.
Now we move up to here. Had great neighbors till the guy who lived behind me sold his house to the biggest alcoholic partier you have ever seen. L had just gotten her divorce and her father bought this house for her adding on a huge addition. There were parties all night long every weekend, empty liquor bottles, clothing, underwear and other disturbing things always left in my yard thrown over the fence. Yes, many words were exchanged between us! I didn't last there for long, need I say more?
Here the neighbors are fine. Until the one family got a Golden Retriever across the street. They leave that dog out all day and night and it barks non-stop. I hate that dog, hate the husband even more as he'll be outside, dog going nuts barking and it even doesn't phase him. No one likes him. His father likes to come and brings his German Shepherd (the 2 dogs do not get along) who is also not aloud in the house and they have one tied up to the front of the house, the other on the side, yes they see each other and you can imagine the noise level
Many of us had called the town several times and they finally took them to court. So far it's been quiet this winter but spring will tell for sure. We also have a new one down the block, not sure who it is but I hear this dog out there barking all the time. Good thing I own an iPod.
