My Big Birthday Outting!!

It's my Birthday YAY!! Here I am in my Birthday Dress!! :)

I'm two today, well ok I Only count bdays since I was Rescued, so it's been two years today since I came Home with Mom & Dad (the dr thinks I'm close to three yrs old now)-- what a Wonderful day in my life that was when I came to my furever home!! See, Look how I've changed and how my life changed that day! :cheezy:

Wow those pics came in big, but hey you gotta See those!! Mommy will get the rest smaller I promise! ;) I'm just soooo excited!! Mom & Dad have a Huge day planned Just For ME!!!

Hey Aunties guess where I am?? At my Favortie breakfast cafe!! And boy am I Happy!! Know why? Well Besides having my Fave breakfast??!

Daddy made me put this pic in here cuz he thinks it's funny! Well Remember my bad tummy ache yesterday? On the way to my breakfast place I well, I umm yeah I did a big Huge Dump right in the middle of this road and mommy had to stop traffic and clean up my :crap:!! That's why I'm soo happy and mom is too cuz it's all out and now i can enjoy my day!! :)

Yum, I Love this place!! Mom says I have to have lots of protein to keep up today! :) OK I'm ready for our loong drive now! This is my longest trip ever, way over an hour if we don't hit bad traffic!

WOW, look where we are, I see the sign out my window- Sully Plantation! An old Virginia plantation!

Here's the story all about it! :)

Let's Go see how they lived in 1794!! I gotta warn you Aunties this is gonna be long but I just Know you wanna see this! :)

Here's the Plantation home where they lived back in the 18th century! They won't let me in there so let's go see something I like!

Here's the laundry And the kitchen, wow All in this one little area! Oooh mommy wouldn't like that! ;)

And yeah the kitchen! Hey those kinda look like the pottery type stuff I found- Wow!

Next is the well, geez that's 36 feet deep, it'd take some time to get my water from there! ;)

Wow all I can see is a fireplace with a fire in it, Mommy's picture didn't come out cuza the fire and let me tell ya it's Hot!

Whew I need to cool off after that- Hey Look Tara how I found to use this bench, i gotta cool off Under here!! ;)

Ooh looky Aunties, a colonial lady and her errr 'Horse' Yeah a white Horse that's it!! ;)  Oh was she Nice she Loved me and guess What?? She has 5 rescues!! And she was sooo happy it was my bday and I came there to celebrate!

Oh Aunties what a Wonderful bday, one more water break and cool off under this bench!  There was Lots more Aunties, gardens and old time sundials and all, but mommy said this was already Waay Too Many pictures.... But you just Had to see it and I Know you wanted too, Right Aunties?!

Mommy said she ordered a Gorgeous day for me and boy oh boy is it, No Rain!! I'm just soooo happy! :)

And Tired!! I slept the Whole way home! Till I heard....

Missy, Shopping!! WHAT, Shopping too??!! Oh Boy, a girl is Never too tired to shop! ;) We went to two stores and I got Lots of goodies And the lady at the first store was sooo nice she was so excited it was my bday and she gave me a cookie! :)

Oooh I'm soooo tired and happy to be home! Wow what a day and I haven't Even had my party Yet! Mommy has to go cook my salmon, and I think I'll just take a nap Right here! Aunties this has been the Best day in my life!! I sure hope you enjoyed my bday outting as much as I did! Stay tuned for my bday party pictures later!❤️Missy

Oh Lil Missy......you are sooooo cute and so "girlie". 

I wish I could have come on your outing........we went to South Carolina and Georgia several years ago and LOVED touring a plantation home also the cemeteries.  I loved the petticoat mirror under the table in the entry hall - didn't like the BIG black snake coiled into the bricks of an out building though.  

While driving along the highway I asked my husband....."what's over there in those woods?  He said.....the swamp.  Ooooooh - this California girl waned to see a swamp!  He stopped the car and I got about 3 feet into the woods and was swarmed by a bazillion bugs.  I liked the "tourist swamp" on the plantation grounds much better!  Got rowed around under the moss covered trees, saw the snapping turtles and a few alligators.......a S.C.  Disneyland. 

Happy birthday baby girl - sweet dreams.

You certainly put the Happy in Happy Birthday Missy. Your dress and bib is fantastic and your a real live princess dressed up....Your transformation from when mom rescued you to today is a Cinderella Story unfolded....Mom and Dad's love did that.

Wow all,the places you got to go and you were so good, proud of you sweety. Can't wait to see your Birthday pictures later on..Happy Birthday Sweety

That looks like a fantastic Birthday treat - and I know your fascination with archaeology and history - so it is perfect!

Tara says it is good to see creative use of benches. :roflmao: so you get full points there too. 

It does look like you had a great day, and your Birthday Girl neckerchief is lovely, and goes with the whole pink theme.  Another point for making Tara jealous. ;)

Oh thank you Aunties, I had the Best birthday Ever, I partied late into the night!!! And guess what I woke up to today-- Rain, it's Pouring, sooo glad yesterday was nice! :) ❤️

Oh Wow Auntie Marlene, I wish I had gone with You, I'd Love to see a swamp! I'm gonna put that on my wish list!!❤️Missy

I was good wasn't i Auntie Crystal?!! And I did feel just like a Princess! :) Mommy will get my party pics up today, we were all sooo tired we even slept in today! ❤️Missy

Ooh thank you Auntie Julia it was Fun and kept me busy for a looong time! Mommy said we're gonna go take 'real' pictures, not just mom pictures, in my new dress later on this year- I'm Excited!! :cheezy: ❤️Missy

Happy Birthday Missy..........I kept asking Mom when I could post your Birthday Card and she said we had to wait and them it was bed time and Mom said we would do it in the morning.........so here is your Birthday Card (a day late, Mom's fault cause she wouldn't let me on the computer)

Wow Missy you sure looked like you had a wonderful day out and about......hey glad your feeling better too!!  What a nice place to visit, my Mom loves places like that to go and look around. Mom told me to tell you that she would love to see the garden pictures when ever your Mom gets the time to post them......my Mom loves gardens........Where do you go for breakfast.......cause if we have one of those places maybe my Dad will take us when we are out and about........Your sure look pretty in your B-day dress........:throb::throb:

I want to tell you Missy what a transformation in just 2 years........just goes to show what TIME, LOVE and PATIENCE can produce. You were one LUCKY PAW that day 2 years ago when your Mom and Dad took one look at you and new it was FOREVER........Happy Birthday Sweetie!!!

Oooh what a Gorgeous bday card, Thank You!! I know mommy didn't get this put up till late, she's just old and Slow.. So it's her fault you couldn't post my card! ;) My bday dinner was late too and I didn't get my presents till After my bedtime! She said she thinks she planned too much for my bday, but I don't! :cheezy:Sure Bailey my mom will post the garden pics, after she does my party pics though cuz those are all about Me!! ;) Tell your mom she may be disappointed cuz it looked like my mom was in charge of weeding cuz it Wasn't done! But in all fairness we've only had like 3 days in the last 3 weeks that it hasn't rained and it's raining Again! I hope we can go back and see them again sometime! Oh Bailey I go to Panera's for breakfast, do you have one? They are the Best!! I Love there egg and cheese sandwich, ummm yummy! ❤️Missy

Thank You Auntie J, mommy does that picture every year for my foster mommy, she Loves to get it and see how I've changed, and thought she'd share it here too- I Have changed haven't I? That little girl from the West VA shelter is Gone! I was so blessed just like your 7 paws to find my furever home of love! ❤️Missy

Thank you for getting back with me about Panera.........we have a couple that we pass.........I forgot they have a patio......YEAH. Dad loves their breads and Mom likes their Cinnamon Crunch Bagels.......and Coffee. I will mention to Mom for sure.
