WEDNESDAY 22nd June: We got our walk!
Tara:
Sniffs and romps and big dogs and Mum photographed my tummy, and EVERYTHING!!!
Soooooo much better than being trapped in the house. They won't even let me go outside and bark! Spoilsports! Mum gets in the splashy ppol and before she does she puts my lead on and ties me to the table leg!!!! Its cruel! It is Tara Abuse!!! IT is TERRIBLE!!! All I wanted to do was go outside and bark at the monsters in the alley. And the birds. And Mrs Nextdoor with her washing. And the CycleMan when he goes down the alley. And the grass stems. And that beetle. And the clouds.
Mum is ever so cruel, sometimes. And Dad has gone to bed, so he can't save me. S'not fair!!!
But Mum did give me 2 Sprouts today. do you like them?
Cato:
It was a lovely walk. Just wot I needed. Though we stopped and had a drink twice. Until Jasper and Lewis came along and drank all our water! Their Mum hadn't brought any, and they were GASPING.
Mum says that it WAS too hot, but we really needed it. And apart from the silly barking, Tara is much better this evening. She isn't chewing my ear all the time, for one thing.
She played with a stick, and tried to get me to steal it, but I wasn't really into it.
And we had a bit of a fight,
But mainly we just ran around and panted.
This is Spike. He is a rescue. He has only been with his new Mum for 2 weeks, and she was walking him off lead. He wanted to play, but we didn't cos he is very big. He is supposed to be a cross between a Rottie and a Staffie or something, but he looked more like a Lab to us. He was OK, but TOO BIG and Mum thinks he should have been on the lead, cos once upon a time he killed a cat!!! Imagine killing Sidney!!! He must be scary!!!
But he was OK with us. And he didn't think we were cats. This is Tara flashing her knickers to make sure he knew she wasn't a cat.
These are Mums phaffy shots.
Red leaves with sunlight through them. Yawn.
Dogroses. Yawn. Even though they are DOG roses.
Oh, and a little Entmoot of 3.
