Tara:  Fairies are the worst!!!

Aww...I don't blame you for watching them. They can be very naughty and someone needs to be on alert.

And they are outside too Auntie Sunlite, in then garden among the bushes...She's eyeing them fly back and forth as they dance leaf to leaf it seems....Pip stares one down in the corner by the speakers....What ever these paws are smoking today...I want some of it 

Abby went to bed scanning the room as the fairy's danced all around the room.... she curled up hiding under a table to go to sleep (which she's never done) .....eventually she joined us in bed around midnight while it was dark in the room so she couldn't see them.  

Neither hubby or I could sleep because the neighborhood domestic's and kids walking the street talking loudly....I went down stairs to make a coffee for us while hubby stayed with Abby...Once I brought mine back up he flipped on a light to dress to go down next....Time the light come on....."They" were there still according to her reaction...she is truely very scared and trembling and cuddling right up to me for comfort and reassurance.

When she woke up this morning she didn't want to leave my side. Eventually she went to her dad who was calling her down to go potty. She went down but froze at the bottom of the stairs.... one look in the living room she backed up in the corner by the door...her eyes wide and scared out of her wits. She refused to cross the room and stayed frozen in the corner...all the while her head swiping all over watching the ceiling. Hubby equally picked her up and set her at the back door...it took a minute for her shake it off and go on out to do her business. 

Once done, she stood at the back door but would not enter...again he carried her across the room and up to me where she laid in my lap scanning the room up there....He usually takes a small treat up to them which she really loves and normally would be dancing around in anticipation....Not this morning...she wouldn't take it, no matter what.....that's never happened before.......Pip ended up with two...and it's usually the other way around and she steals his....

No consoling can calm her down, she will tremble at what ever she is seeing and obviously scared. I got up to dress and do bathroom stuff and she came scrambling in there to sit at my feet...looking back over her shoulder at what ever scared her.

I have to take Pip down stairs because he just don't do stairs period. But she always lopes down before me, but not today...she stood frozen at the top and I had to go a back up to bring her down. Just like earlier she wouldnt enter the room. Picking her out of the corner again, I put her outside which she was happier staying there.

We have a routine here at breakfast where I give them a small bone to chew while I cook...she wouldnt have it....now I knew she was scared when she wouldn't take that!!! She barely ate either...wanting to get back outside where she felt safe.

After finally eating myself I cuddled her for over a hour...she didn't want to leave me for no reason. Eventually I had to pass her to her dad but she wasn't having none of it and escaped outside again.

She's real sleepy now so I got her to sleep around 11 where she hasn't moved. I looked back when she did this before and it was  April 20, 2015.....over a year ago now and suddenly she's doing it again. I tried to get her a video's in her corner like she was this morning but decided no it was to dramatic for her and wouldn't place her at the door just for a video so I caught her on the floor instead...What can it be that visit's this house? Fairey or Ghosts...only the dogs know for sure. 

Pip see's them also but does not react the same way she does, he's the scaredy cat of the two ...only Abby worries me.

How's Tara this morning? 

Well, I have twiddled the inner step to the catflap AGAIN (after Mr C kept tripping over it), and she is exiting through it fine, but not willing to enter under her own steam.

However, if I go out, attach her lead, then go back inside and pull her in with the lead, she barely puts up a struggle.  We have done it several times now, and each time is easier.  So things are improving...

Baby steps Tara!  You can do it  

Poor Abby she is clearly very frightened, sure wish we knew what it was..  am glad it was so long between times though, would sure hate if it was more often. Extra hugs from me and Missy to Ms Abby. 

Abby Lane,

I am so sorry to hear of your terror........I wonder if that is what I am seeing too......but only at night when the lights go out does it happen to me.....I get up and pace the bedroom Mom says around 2am......... but last night I went in the big closet and dug behind Mom's shoe rack until I made a safe spot for me to lay......I did manage to sleep for a couple of hours and when I have nights like this I whine to my Mom and Dad in the morning and they give me a loving hug which makes it better until the next time. I wonder what it could be? Abby you let me know if you figure it out and vise versa......Mom says they are nice fairies but how would she know......she can't see them.

It makes you wonder if they hear a noise that they pick up that we can't..... a sound that frightens her and with Abby being a rescue  what ever it is makes her regress......and Pip is probably picking up on her stress. When my guys act toward the unusual I always see if it is a Full Moon but in our case last night that was not the problem.......... I don't know why Lucy freaks out now  if it was Bailey, Missy or Winnie I could understand as they had an abusive background but Lucy in our opinion came from a good home she just wandered away and someone picked her up and then dropped her off again.

Dearest paw friend Lucy, 

Its just the worst when mommie and daddy don't understand us isn't it? I don think my fairys are nice ....they scare me a lot. It's wonderful to crawl up in mommie's lap and get cuddles isn't it? Makes everything alright in the world just for a little while. Hope those spooks leave you alone tonight too...it's so tiring watching over the pack when fairys are at play. I'm exhausted so think I will sleep soundly all the way till morning. 

 

I think I have a clue as to why Lucy was restless early this morning........I just read that we had an earthquake centered less than 4 miles from our house at 3am..........explains a lot.

Now that does make sense if Lucy picked up on that....I'm at a loss, there's no explaining it in my house.

We've been wondering what happened to the fairies?  Did they stay, or go?  How is Abby doing now?

Unfortunately the fairys are still about but not all the time. Same reaction when she does see them but will go and lay down on the stairs instead of the living room but  not tremble...only look at what ever it is.

Well since I dont know you religious preference I'm going to to give you a prayer suggestion and also one that doesn't involve God just in case you don't believe in God and so I'm not pushing any religion on anyone who doesn't want it. basically I'm trying to tread very carefully since this is usually a touchy subject. Both of these work before I found God I was drawn to a more pagan way of doing things to magic and witchcraft just natural herbal and energy type things. I eventually (in my opinion of course which I accept may not be anyone else's) realized that the energy I felt in things of nature trees, people, animals all came from one thing God created them and he never said magic didn't exist he said he didn't want us to use it there's a story in the bible where the guy seeks out a witch to contact a dead friend and his friend yells at him for doing it bc God doesn't want us too the guy and his army end up dying trying to escape fate I don't remember specifics sorry. So why I'm saying this is both the ways to cleanse your home work one asks God and the Holy Spirit to do it the other you take matters into your own hands with herbs.  I said a prayer similar to this one in the link when I felt alot of built up negative energy in my mom's house that was causing depression and anger in my mom. negative energy doesn't mean spirits but they can have the same effect. The other way is with burning sage and it gets rid of negative energies and spirits too. Dogs certainly see and feel things we don't we all can agree to that and if it's affecting her negatively its probably not positive. The prayer I said in my moms house worked great I felt relief almost immediately and I never told my mom I did it but I could see her mood change drastically. I really hope this helps I also do the prayer anytime I move into a new home or feel negativity build up. I still make herbal remedies and herbs have differenr properties and medicinal uses I just believe God made them for our use instead of worshipping the earth and nature itself. I really hope it helps. That's good lol I wasn't sure and didn't want to assume I've noticed that gets you into alot of trouble these days lol. but I just said a simple cleansing prayer asking Jesus and the Holy Spirit to fill each room with their presence and love to banish all evil and negativity and cast it out but to also shield all entry ways physical and spiritual from anything harmful and negative and in Jesus name of course and I'll tell ya it made a huge impact in my mom's it felt lighter and peaceful like when you can feel the Holy Spirit is exactly how it was. I really hope its just a negative energy or something of the sort that way it can be easily rid of and not something that's affecting her mentally or something psychiatric but the fact that they both see it makes me think that's not the case. I'll keep them both in my prayers too that whatever is bothering them buzz on off. Good luck
