Hooray! No More Stitches!

Well finally it came, no more stitches! I went yesterday morning to have them removed and I'll tell you it couldn't have come quick enough. On Wednesday when I was out and about it seemed my bandage was slipping a bit. I didn't think much of it until I was in the middle of things on Thursday. I realized that I was feeling some discomfort but decided to wait since I'd be going in Friday morning. I was correct and it has really irritated my suture line but all will be fine, just a little uncomfortable is all and of course it made the suture removal a little painful. I have a good rapport with my Doctor and I asked him of course about getting back to the gym. He responds with "Boy you are a pain in the ass about that! Sure go!" of couse saying it with the biggest grin :P and I asked restrictions? He laughs and says you know what to do, so tomorrow I will try and see what I can do as I'm still not totally back to normal yet but I'm sure it'll help.

Had to go to the Town Rec Center for their Spring Activity for a bit last night, needed to check that things that were supposed to be done were and boy was it busy. Only part of my youth group showed up but it was better than no one so it was ok. I couldn't stay as it was so crowded and kids running circles all over, if someone would have stepped on me I'd think I'd have to kill them :yeahrite: especially feeling the way I was. I also had to drive out a bit to someones home who was kind enough to invite me and show me the chords to play on the ukulele for the play. He said the first song isn't bad, a little tough at 2 changes but if I practice a little each day I'd have it down. He said the other 2 will be impossible as there are just way too many changes for someone who's never played before to pick up in such a short time. We'll see what happens B)

:aktion033: YEAH, I'll bet ya feel like a new woman! I know what ya mean by the gym being crowded. Hubby and I used to walk the track at our "y" and if you didn't time it just right you couldn't even move, soo many kids. They weren't even exercising just gabbing and flirting! :P
