George is GORGEOUS!  And what a great friend he is, if he lets you kiss him!

I am glad you felt like exploring and visiting and being social again, Missy.  Sometimes when Bad Things happen it takes a while to get over them, but having friends is nice, and wanting to go and see them is even nicer.

So this is the week of your hotel visit, eh?  How exciting.  Remember to take your favourite toys and stuff. so you don't miss Mommy and Daddy too much, and you have things to do.

And hoping and praying that Daddy's op goes well and he feels much better after it.

Just think how much fun you can have snuggling with him while he gets better.

And hugs to Mommy too - she is going to need all your snuggles and moral support for the next few days and weeks.

George is sweet. I can see why you love him so much ❤️❤️

Oh Missy I am so jealous I just love your new friend. I must confess that I told my Mom that sure is a funny looking dog but she told me that it is a bunny rabbit.  How cool to have a bunny rabbit as a friend.....your so lucky.  Hope your stay at the hotel this week is going to be okay......will be thinking of you.  Hugs to your Mom and Dad as it is going to be a stressful week and we are all hoping everything goes well.........hey when you get back home maybe you can see George again.

I may have told this story before........I did a home visit for a Boxer (to be adopted).  The family had a lovely older home with an old fashioned yard.  It was fenced but "park-like".  Hard dirt, trees, shrubs.

They had a resident Boxer and when we went out to check on the yard (for safety) there was a bunny hopping around!  He lived outside - not in a hutch but in a special part of the yard where he could be fenced in, have a cage with food etc.

It was the cutest thing to watch the bunny hopping around and the Boxer following like "what did you find?  can we eat it?  is it fun?"  Neither of them bothered by the other!

So amazing how creatures can learn to live together when well fed and taken care of.

Another story:

When my older 2 grandaughters were about 7-8, we went to their home, when nobody was home, to help out with some preparations for a move.  We took Mack, my 85 lb Boxer boyfriend with us.  Went in the house, looking around to see what we could start with.  Mack, of course, was investigating.  In a few minutes he came out with eyes like saucers...."MOM!!!  you won't believe what they have in there!!!!!

My grandkids each had a rat in an aquarium......Mack was astounded and couldn't believe he found "such a treasure in a house"!!

can you believe that Missy? me I don`t want him there so me is chasing him away..he just stept into our garden, can you imagine this? pffff keep you informed about it Missy girl, as you get back from your hotel visit I`ll tell you all about it..now I like your friend George very much, much better then my new friend..sweet hugs for you, mommy and extra extra for your daddy, bye now..tell them yous are in my thoughts

Missy, you are just the cutest little thing.  I am so glad you have a special bunny friend that you can get close to.  We have a small cottontail that stays on our front flowerbeds.  He comes hopping out sometimes and Sassy Mae and Willie just have to stop and stare.  They know they couldnt catch it to say hi!

Ooh thanks Sooo much Aunties, Bailey and Karel! I'm at the hotel now, I gave mommy a Real stink eye for leaving me... and they are in a hotel by the surgery place..  daddy's operations in the morning... mommy can't sleep cuz she can't get my stink eye outta her mind..  

will let you know all about my hotel when I get 'released' and yup I'm gonna go see bunny George when I get home, bet he'd a let me stay with him!
