It's possible I'm going to foster a lil 11 yr old guy who is blind. He is in the area of Monterey CA and needs to get to me on the central OR Coast (Waldport). They "might"......I'm just trying to get some contacts in place if this works out. Oh and it's a lil girl - not a male. We'll see what that involves before deciding whether to send one to me. I just hate to be rushed and like to have my ducks in a row when it comes to transport.
