Marlene Gardner 44
I'm in California.....safe so far but since the first of the month we've been worrying about being flooded. There IS a lot of standing water around (in my area of Gilroy, the Garlic Capital of the World) but we have not had residential, school or business flooding so far. Trying to get the dog(s) out for a walk is definitely a challenge. Shorty doesn't mind the rain for a quick potty walk and wears a coat if we go for longer. But I know this could happen in a lot of backyards: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=665626008447978
PipsMom 34,982
You keep Shorty on a tight lead…..or else the doggie on the Facebook page will have nothing on you. I had did a laugh at the doggie and wondered now who is going stop him 🙄
Sunlite 9,101
Hi Marlene, I'm so glad that you're safe as I've been thinking of you as I've been watching the news with all the weather. Can't believe all the rain and snow some of these places got! Hoping you stay well and safe. Shorty definitely needs to stay out of that mud, I hope those doggies didn't have to ride in the car. ,😂
