TUESDAY 26th Apr: Different park with Dad
Tara: I love My Dad. He lets me on the bed in the morning when Mum gets up and does bathroom stuff. And he took us to the park today. A different park. don't know wot it is called but it is at the bottom of the hill beyond the traffic lights. We like it cos we can walk to it. Mum says it is boring, cos it doesn't have proper flowers n stuff. But we like it cos you can RUN.
Because it was Dad, he let me wear my old red jumper with my new pink lead. Mum wouldn't have let me. I love Dad.
This is the park and my bench
And this is us RUNNING
and staring
and this is my jumper
Cato: It was the little park today. There are usually greyhounds walking on it, which is why Mum doesn't like it very much. Greyhounds sometimes go a bit weird when you are small and furry. When I was very little a Patterdale Terrier went weird on me too. Good job I was wearing a collar, cos he grabbed me round the back of the neck! I was very little though.
This is my WOOF jumper.
I don't like it. But Mum said to Dad 'It is too cold for you to take them out without jumpers!' So we had to wear them. And it WAS cold. Dad went out for breakfast, and then we walked immediately after, cos someone told Mum it was going to rain. It was sunny during the walk but after we got home it went grey and even colder and there was sleet and hail and slushy rain. We could hear it tapping on the window for ages, and I went and sat and stared out of the patio doors. I wanted a wee but I wanted to be warm more.
This is Tara trying to ambush me.
She has started ambushing me in doorways, so I won't go through them. Today, when Dad and I went out to the bin with a rustley bag, she just waited and waited to pounce. So Dad picked me up and carried me past her. She hated that. She was jealous. I liked it.
Mum:
It is official. I like the hot tub.
