Weather man has just said it could get down to -1 here tonight... 

Good job my tortoises are in a big wooden hut/house with a tubular heater to come on should the temperatures drop too low. 

 This weather is bonkers.....I'm already in my PJ's too. Guess what Julia...they predicted more of the same for your area tomarrow evening...I say we all pick up sticks and go to Georgia till it's over...80 F there with lots of sunshine

Just seen the dogs looking outside, and went to see for myself.  There is a quarter inch of slush (from snow? sleet? whatever) covering the garden.

I am going to be LIVING in the tub!

You know me Crystal and Jo, I love to share. 

I've nudged the temperature a wee bit higher, to take the extra people.  

We can sit and watch the sleet and hail through the patio doors, in the light of the fairy lights.

I had an email from a friend in Texas where they are having wild weather.  He said Hail the size of grapefruits were expected.  I told him I really hoped that didn't happen.....but if it did.....I wanted a picture!

It isn't the weather (though that is bizarre enough!)

it was 87 here today!! and all of you are getting snow.i really wanted snow this year so Bristolle Noel could see it

frost of -2 degrees Celsius here this morning.  Deep joy.  The clematis must be loving that!

I have a reebok step I have had at the backdoor for the dogs when they were puppies to make it easier for them to get in and out the house, and it's stayed there. So I've actually found a use for the step! 

but this morning, I placed one foot on it and nearly sat on my backside, not a good look I can assure you.. Lol 

everywhere was covered in thick frost... Wish I'd taken a picture now... Brrrr
