FRIDAY 6th May: Town Centre again
Cato:
We woz still tired today. Dad has been sorting out the garden shed this morning. So we helped, but even that woz tiring. So Mum said only a little walk at lunchtime. It was street stuff. Into town to get stuff for Dad's lunch cos he didn't want stuff from the fridge. Wish we were allowed to say that! We could go into town and get steak every day, couldn't we?
Anyway, this is the road into town and as you can see, Tara is already trying to pull Dad around. While I am not.
This is the view from where we stopped to wait for Dad. He was ages in the shop. Ages and ages. And people came past and smiled at us. And a little girl wanted to stop but her Mum didn't let her.
This is up the hill
and this is down the hill
It was a bit hot. I had a lie down and a pant while we were waiting.
Mum says that soon we will have to stop walking on the pavements and in the middle of the day, cos we will be Roast Shih Tzu if we do.
Tara:
Boring walk! More town. Hot. And Cato was wimpy so we couldn't do a proper walk. Mum says she is starting to wonder if AuntieKim's walks are too much for him. Honestly. It must be because he is OLD. He is almost 3, you know!
This is us waitng for Dad.
See how titchy Cato is.
My hair is getting longer and longer, isn't it? Nearly bow-ready for my sprout (Auntie Luna I love you almost as much as I love Dad, and much more than I love Cato, cos you are sending me a SPECIAL BOW just for me!!!)
Dad has started calling me Bobble Head. But it is a term of end-end-deariness, Mum says.
This is the walk home. Just think how boring it woz waiting for Cato to sniff everything. Yawn.
