TUESDAY 26th July: Too many people!

Cato:

IT woz nice and cool all the morning, so we went out for a walk, and then it got HOT, so we didn't mind all the pics, cos it meant we could have a sit down! :)

Tara still managed to bounce though.

I like meeting people, but there are some dangerous drivers!  Mainly little boys on little bikes.  Girls too.  They look and look and look and don't stop pedalling, and it is like they can only steer at wot they are staring at.  So if they are staring at me, they steer to me too.  Scary!

We have NO IDEA why Mum wanted you to see a pic of this boring tree trunk.  But she did.  weird, eh?  That is me looking very patient.

Me having a drink.  That is our water bottle sitting on the bench.  Mum had gone to put Tara's poo into the bin.  I stayed and drank, cos I woz thirsty.

Then we came home and slept ALL afternoon until Dad came home.

Can you see my stick.  Tara didn't get it, even though she tried!  And I am sitting in a BIG fairy ring.

Tara:

Hahaha!  it woz so hot that Mum opened the front doors first to cool the car down before we went home.  And I climbed in!  And I explored!  And it woz fun!!!  Mum says I should come when she calls and not make her clamber about twisting and turning and grabbing.  But that woz half the fun!  I am very good at climbing, aren't I?  

My sprout could almost touch the roof of the car, if I stretched and stretched and stretched.

Wow! Your mom sure does know how to take the best pictures of flowers..I wish I knew the names of flowers like she does ......every picture is just lovely ❤️ And the tree truck..:P looks like it's got it's winter jacket on doesn't it Cato.

That was a lot of people in the park! .....bet you wished you had it all to yourself to bounce and chew sticks...

You watch out for them little humans on wheels :bicycle:...and if they come to close....RUN BABY RUN

Can I ask, are all girls as silly as Tara?

She has started fussing about the catflap.  We came downstairs this morning, and Mum let us out the back door, as usual.  I did my business and came back in through the catflap - as usual.  And Tara has decided that she is afraid of the catflap, and won't come in.  She is sitting on the ramp whining.  Mum heard her, went to look.  Checked the catflap was working (we already knew it woz cos I came through it!), and then cos she knew how SILLY Tara can be, she got a BIG elastic band and taped the catflap open.

Tara is now sitting on the ramp with her head stuck in through the open hole, whining cos she wants the back door opened for her.

How silly is that?!?!?!

Oh Tara darling you keep your mom on her toes don't you sweetheart. Wonder if she got scared recently it it caught her awkward?

I had to go out and 'post' her through it.  She just sat outside, head stuck through the hole, whining.

Wouldn't even come in for a Calcium Bone treat!

Will monitor her for the rest of the day...

Aww what a nice walk you had, so glad it's cooler so you can walk some now! We're still waiting and hoping for some coolness so we can walk. Love all the pics! Tara you look so cute in the car with your sprout touching the top! :) Cato, I hate to tell ya sweetie but all girls are princesses and have to be waited on, you'll get used to it! :judy:

This warm weather sure does bring out the humans. Shame really. Lovely pictures of the flowers. 

I love the truck on the trachycarpus, it looks all fluffy.
