  1. This is a quick and easy dinner...........(low carb) 1 1/2 lbs. Chicken tenderloin, sliced into strips 1 Medium onion sliced 1 Red and yellow pepper, sliced into strips 6 Mission Carb Balance floured Tortillas Combine the following ingredients: 1/4 Cup soy sauce 1/4 Cup lime juice 1 Tablespoon chili powder 2 Tablespoon olive oil Marinate meat in mixture for at least 3 hours. Less is okay. Add a little oil to large pan and cook meat w/sauce until tender.......discard sauce.....remove meat from pan...add a little oil.....saute vegetables until tender.....add meat and cook

  3. Ive had a cold once, but i think it was more allergy.a couple of times taking benadryl and it was gone. hubby want eat this but me and my daughter may have to try it.thanks for sharing. sheila-shih tzu dreamer
