This is a quick and easy dinner...........(low carb)
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken tenderloin, sliced into strips
1 Medium onion sliced
1 Red and yellow pepper, sliced into strips
6 Mission Carb Balance floured Tortillas
Combine the following ingredients:
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup lime juice
1 Tablespoon chili powder
2 Tablespoon olive oil
Marinate meat in mixture for at least 3 hours. Less is okay.
Add a little oil to large pan and cook meat w/sauce until tender.......discard sauce.....remove meat from pan...add a little oil.....saute vegetables until tender.....add meat and cook
