tzukeeper 12
I don't know where this recipe originated but it is so good and so very easy. The recipe makes 2 pies. Pecan Pie 2 - 9 inch pie shells 5 eggs 1 1/4 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups Karo syrup (light) 3 tblsp butter (softened) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 3/4 tsp salt 2 cups chopped pecans Mix all together and pour into pie shells. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
FairyTail Josette 14
Sounds very yummy! Does it need to be real butter?
tzukeeper 12
Sounds very yummy! Does it need to be real butter? Salted real butter is better but I used margarine. I should have made four pies....ours are all gone. :signthankspin:
