sueb45 0
I don't know about others but since the time change I found out that Odie does not like to poop after dark! I have to try to get him out there for that early or chance him having an accident in the house. He is so easily distracted. Does anyone else have this problem? By the way, my dh says I spend far too much time talking about POOP. :whistling:
xr4man 7
i don't have a problem with pooping after dark. only if hunter pooped late in the afternoon, but he has always been fine until morning. he does get distracted very easily and if that happens, i know i might as well just go in and come out an hour or two later. FairyTail Josette 14
Our Mandy is afraid of the dark. So, we put up motion sensor outdoor lighting in our backyard. We have a fenced in yard, but, I still think it's wise and in their best interest for me to escort them outdoors. At night time, you could try to remind Odie every hour on the hour to go outdoors, until you feel he's more reliable at going to the door or letting you know. You could also try adjusting his evening meal time a little earlier, so, maybe, he would have to "go" earlier, in the evening. Just a thought...good luck.
