Suki is a 7 week old bully

Ming Ming and Suki's Momma

Hi all,

I am in need of some advise. My little Suki is a tiny bully. She takes over Ming Ming's food and she takes over play time when I'm with Ming Ming. I try to divide my time between the two, but Suki would just run and take over. I have to stand in between her and Ming Ming so that Ming Ming can enjoy her treat or eat her dinner because she would come and take it. I'm trying to get them on the same eating schedule, but this is impossible to do when Suki finish her food and she runs over and takes over Ming Ming's food. I do have their food bowls in different areas of the kitchen.

Is there any techniques that I could use to stop this behavior?

Thanks in advance!

Well I'm running into the same thing with little Cadbury, who is 12 weeks old and Panda who is a year old. Panda will move aside at all times for Cadbury and what I'm doing is just letting her.....I figure they'll work it out. The only time I do interfere is when I give Cadbury her puppy food I make sure that Panda doesn't eat it. Then when Cadbury is done with her food she runs over to Panda's but the kibble is too big for her so it takes her forever to eat even 1 piece so I let her. I also make sure that I take Panda out alone for a walk for some alone time........I also will have quiet time with Panda on the couch and now and then I don't help Cadbury up, and since she can't get up on the furniture without help, Panda and I get to have our alone time. I think basically they work out most of what they need to work out and I just don't get into their business. This is working well at my house.
