Just coat the chicken pieces with mayo lightly and roll in bread crumbs, bake at 350 till chicken is done about 45 minutes for thighs. You even can do this with skinless breast meat and the breading sticks. My sister had the grandkids for Easter break and they made chicken nuggets this way they had a ball making dinner for Granddad. My son hates mayo and he told a woman at work that his mother makes oven fried chicken and she wanted the recipe when I told him how it was made he made a face but he still eats it lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
