I actually found it on Weight Watchers forum but the calories do add up if you eat too many. Small pretzels (such as Frito Lays Rold Gold) Rolo's Almonds or your favorite nut. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lay out pretzels in a baking sheet covered in wax paper. Put a rolo on top of each pretzel center and put into preheated oven for 5min. Take out of oven and press a nut in the center of each rolo. Cool for 20-30 min in fridge. Peel off wax paper and eat. My fiance makes these for every party he goes to and he always gets request for them even though they are so easy to make. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
