Wow what a good supervisor you were. I like doing that too. Rain can do so much damage when it comes down by the inches. We have water laying in the area of our property that my Mom calls Bailey's park. Right now it is not park looking....so I too will be a Supervisor when the weather permits........I have to make sure Mom takes her poison ivy stuff cause she is allergic bad to that stuff.  Do you have to watch for picker bushes? I do. I got caught in a wild rose vine that was by the creek on our last walk......I was so glad I had my sweater on cause it got caught in that.....Poppy cut the bad thing out. You be careful when your out the ground is muddy under those leaves. Let me know how things go.

Awww thanks Bailey, wow you have your very Own park?! How cool is That!! I can't wait till it looks like a park again for you! As I suspected mom and dad had an excuse for not doing that work Again today... But then mom took me out and boy was she right, it was waaay too cold and windy again today! After what you said bout those leaves think we better wait till it gets good and warm out! Oh yeah and we have those briar thingys too, I better stay back and watch them so I don't get in those either! Good thing I have you for a friend, I'd gotten in trouble for sure! Missy

When I was younger... (Many years ago) lol ..

I used to day dream that I would live in a lovely big house, with a big garden with a steam at the bottom of the garden... I've always wanted a stream, still do... When I do come across one, I could sit by it for hours... I love the sea... Not rivers (cos you know I fell in one) but I just love water. 

I could listen to the sound of water for hours... What is that all about, no really, why... I should be a fish... Hehe.. 

But at the moment all I get when it rains, is puddles... 

But your creek caught my eye... I Love you creek.. 

I hope Foxy is ok, and has found/made another den..  Don't like to think of him/her out in the cold... 

Ah I know just what you mean! Back home, when I was much younger too, my mom would take us to the duck pond and we'd feed the ducks and stay there forever! When I got older I'd go to the nearby park and sit in the woods by the creek there for hours on end, didn't have ticks there!  

i love when our little stream in the front runs, it's often dry unfortunately, but when it's running Missy and I stay there quite awhile just watching it, she loves it too!

ya know we haven't seen foxy since the storm, actually haven't seen many of the animals. I hope they're ok too... Missy's on it though she'll be sure to let us know of any sightings!
