A WHOLE herd of Bambis?!?  Woohoo.

Welp - I also forgot to tell you something.........Mama took ME out early this morning for my potty walk cuz I had to go to the day spa for a "styling".

We were kinda sweepy, well Mama was.....but on the other side of the fence were a bunch of Peacocks!  No wait - they had big show-off tails but they weren't as colorful as peacocks.  Oh yeah - they were wild turkeys!  Some were very big and strutting around with show-off tails to flirt with the girls.  Mama told me to "not even go that way" cuz wild turkeys are mean and would chase me! So I just woofed them and they didn't even care cuz they knew I was off to the gentleman's day spa.

Yay Missy  that's amazing news... We thought you'd probably be able to catch a sighting of one, but not six.... That really is wonderful... We're so pleased you are as happy as we are. ? Donte and Lacey ? 

Cato and Tara will be soooooo jealous, when I tell them.

They have NEVER seen bambis Imagine that!  Poor things.

Oh No never seen a Bambi! Maybe one time mommy will be able to get a picture and Cato and Tara can at least see some of ours! But yeah Foxy is a whole nutter thing... Mommy says we probably won't see foxy again until we see more sammy's, that's our squirrels. Something happened to all of them too, I've only seen a couple of them lately, sum thing weird is going on around here... an I don't like it..  I Love to chase Sammy, one day I'm gonna catch him too! But now they're no where around.. Yup I got more work to do! Missy

Wow I know from experience that was a beautiful site all those bambi's running. My Mom says that I have to be a good boy when I am out in the yard unleashed and a bambi should wander into our territory........but you know I kinda forgot what I was told cause when I saw them I went running after them....one time the grass was to tall in the field and Mom caught me before I could catch up with them and the other time I thought the coast was clear and took off after one and I heard BAILEY STOP and I did. I knew I would be in big trouble if I did not listen........Mom knows best. Mom said a few years ago a dog got charged by a Momma deer protecting her baby and the dog was hurt. Mom says she would do the same to protect me too.......so I will try my best to just sit and watch them from a far. But I was really excited the other day Mom let me out on the West Wing (the area of the porch that is for us) and I saw two stray BIG dogs come onto our property and I barked and barked until they left........I was so proud of myself........Mom says now that spring is popping we have to keep an eye out for these back animals with a white strip.....I think she called them a Stink......my Poppy encounter one on our porch some years ago but made it back in the house and waited for it to leave. Mom says I would have to have a bath in tomato juice........does that sound funny to you?  Have fun watching but stay safe and listen to your Mommy, she knows best!!!

Oh Bailey you are sooo right! You remind me of last year when mommy an me were out for a long walk and were coming home. I was sooo tired and just wanted to get to the big door and a momma Bambi was blocking our path and she was kickin up the ground and snorting at us. Momma said uh oh Missy she's Mad and we can't go that way... So momma told Bambi we weren't gonna hurt her or her baby we just wanted to go in the house but ya know Bambi wouldn't listen! So me an momma had to high tail it through the woods, in the summer, just to get in our own house! Then we Ran to the door an got in Quick! Whew I was pretty scared for sure- won't Never go near another one again! An Wow a bath in Tomato Juice No Way- I'll watch for that black with a white stripe critter too!!  Missy
