Pip:

Mommie left us and stayed gone a long long time...I mean forever and ever...why did our mommie go away so long? Sister and I need her...I mean mommie never leaves us and she just poof disappeared.

Daddy was nice to us and taught us to eat off newspaper, went for walkies with us, bought us no- no treats, gave us jello without permission ( mommie said he didn't check the label for artificial sweetener first)...daddy kinda freaked out when mommie told him about bad artificial sweetener...but we were alright....cooked us boiled eggs every morning, washed our face and eyes and combed our hair...He's a good daddy and we got away with anything we wanted to play...Pssst ...a secret, don't tell nobody but daddy is a big old softy and don't tell us no...hehehe...we had fun.

Let us tell you about yesterday...A great big white taxi pulled up right in front of our house...we were on guard and barked and barked to make it go away. Daddy was standing in the kitchen with his phone but didn't tell us to hush this time so we barked some more. Then we saw the front door open from under the living room door! Burglars!!! Oh we barked and was going to eat him up if he dared come any further.

Then I heard it....Pip....Abby....Can it be? Can it really be?  Yes it was mommie! She came back for us...We were so excited smelling all the sniffy smells on her...such strange smells. Pip thought he was seeing things and didn't go to mommie right away...he looked confused. Then his brain clicked it was mommie and both of us greeted mommie and kissed and kissed her. Pips so silly...who else smells like mommie and gives us kisses?

Mommie was tired so she went to bed with us...Nice to have mommie home but she isn't going to run away from us again though, we both sat of her all night....Pip on her chest and me on her ankles..nope mommie isn't going anywhere... we'll just sit on her all the time....we're really worried and scared she'll leave us again....If she even thinks she's going somewhere ...she's got to take us with her because we're sticking to her like glue.

Mommie took a while hour combing us out this morning...it felt so good to be groomed by mommie again nd she got all the dead hair out our hair...we were going to have a bath today...but mommie is still tired...we don't care, our hair is pretty still and she said it could wait till the weekend when it warms up a bit.

We're happy, happy, happy....And no she isn't getting anything done today anyway....Pip and I still sitting on her when she sits or lays down! No mommie your not going anywhere that's for sure.

So pleased for you both!  Can't imagine how Tara and Cato would cope with me going away.  They would get lots of treats and stuff too, but they wouldn't be happy.

You sit on her, and snuggle with her and go to the bathroom with her.  It sholws her you love her, and stops her from every going away again.

Pip and Abby Lane,

Mom watch your video yesterday of the BIG HOMECOMING and was telling my Dad about it last night and Dad said he could not imagine my Mom being gone even for 2 days without me going NUTS. He said your Dad was a good sport talking such good care of you while your Mum was gone. We love our Dads but our Moms are number one for sure.  Even when my Mom goes away for a few hours I am stuck to her like glue the rest of the day so she does not leave again......Enjoy the rest of your day with your Mum and give her lots of kisses, they like that.

Loved the story,I bet if you walked out the door,and they watched it close behind you,they would have a fit!!

I still can't take a step without the both of them. Every now and again while sleeping they will raise their heads to look to see if I disappeared..loL......satisfied I'm still here...they go right back to sleep :roflmao:

Have a feeling this is going to take awhile till they trust me again lol

Aww Pip and Abby isn't is Wonderful to have your Mommy back again?! I bet your daddy's happy too! I know he had Lots of fun with you both and took Super Great care of you but I can say for sure my daddy is waaay happy to turn all my care and feeding back over to my mommy whenever he has to watch me! Me too, I can't imagine my mommy being gone for more than a few hours, I've never had to sleep without her and just don't think I could. You guys are Very Brave! Enjoy your special time with your Mommy!! :throb:Missy
