SUNDAY 27th Mar: Easter Bunny hops
Tara:
Aunty Jane and Mum were telling us about The Easter Bunny. So we looked and looked and looked on our walk in Foxy Park today. But we didn't find him. And we didn't find his eggs, either. So I practiced my Bunny Hops and Bench Hops and Spring Bulb Trampling as much as I could, just in case we see him later and he wants to play. Practice makes perfect, Mum says.
Oh, and I LIKE the new bed! I get a bedroom all to myself, and there were toys and chews and everything all ready for me. And Cato didn't do his howl thing in his sleep. And if I stand on my back legs I can lick Mum's arm, which is always fun. And best of all, I can get up onto the Big Bed, all by myself! Sometimes the big fluffy human bed coverthing is in the way, but when it is not, I can get up and go and lick Dad's face and wake him up!!! He was so pleased to see me! He yelped!!!
Cato is such a short-arse he can't get up, but Mum will lift him up if he asks. Tisn't fair, cos I ask for LOTS of things, and she just says 'No Tara, stop whining!'. That isn't fair, is it? Cato always gets EVERYTHING he wants.
Cato:
We had breakfast nibbles in the car before our Aunty Jane Easter Walk, and there were lots and lots of new flowers in Foxy Park. But there are less than there were, cos Tara trampled most of them.
Can you see all the bulbs coming up?
We went past these bulbs once, and there were just the yellow and purple and white ones. Then the next time we walked past, a RED one had popped open. In just the time it took to go round the park once.
And we met a Vizsla with an orange ball. He kept dropping it infront of Mum, so she threw it, but I think he was a bit disappointed. She has a very girly throw. But boy can he run FAST.
Mum:
The photinia fraseri is lookiing good!
