Hello everyone, 

Donte,

Lacey has still got a poorly under her chin and she has to wear "the comfy cone".. Makes a change from me, that's all I can say ? Mummy keeps bathing it and putting her special gel on it...  Fingers crossed, I'm still doing ok. Mummy hasn't bathed me in a while, we think it's at least 6 weeks now. She said she was trying this to see if my natural oils helped with my skin... But she did say today that I would get to have a bath this week, 6 weeks is long enough... ? 

Today, everyone was getting dressed up. But it didn't look like we was going anywhere. Then Mummy took us to the toilet, put our bed in the kitchen with all our toys. She says bed, we get in our bed and she gives us a treat. The poof!!!    They all vanished

when they had come back I heard them talking about what a lovely time they had had...

MUM... 

OK, so I need to explain... This morning my eldest son said to me... Mum, be ready for 1pm as I've booked a table and I'm taking you all out to lunch... This is a belated Mother's Day gift... I was gob smacked. I didn't have any idea what was going on. Hubby, and the other two children knew. 

We had a lovely meal, dessert and a bottle of wine.. ( the wine was between us all) hehe 

Awwwww I'm so lucky... ?

Mum said she is going to take us out for a walk when 'James Bond' has finished to make up for leaving us...

What a beautiful idea your son had to take you out for lunch. :clap: ......love those kind of surprises 

Hope you get well soon Lacey .....and Donte.......6 weeks without a bath!!!!  your one lucky paw, hope the time helped your mommie figure out your skin problems so ylir not with hot spots again

Not sure what has caused Laecy to scratch. But since I know that Lacey's sister has been scratching in the same place and at the same time, it's not something I've done. 

He wanted to book it for Mother's Day, but my daughter didn't know if she would be able to make it. So he booked it for Easter Sunday...

Lacey......... so sorry to hear you have a bad spot under your chin......hope it clears up soon........what a shock it must have been with everyone getting dressed up and probably thinking you were going on an outing and poof......gone. My family does that too sometimes. How nice that your Mum got treated to lunch today.......she is special. If you Mum is like my Mom you will get your walk cause that guilt trip sets in and we make out like bandits..........Hey the bath thing not to worry I am going on 5 weeks but Mom always says I stay clean longer then the rest of my siblings...just am lucky I guess. I was going to get a bath yesterday but Mom said since it was my birthday she would wait a few more days.......let me tell you my coat is silky soft and I smell good.........a bath........no way!!!!  Give Donte a high 5 from me.......

Lacey said thank you. 

We had our walk. Mummy and Daddy even took us to the field near where we live and let us off some could have a run about. That was good fun, a dog came in the field with its owners and we went running over to say hello and then Mummy called us back... 

Mummy said Lacey smells much better now that she's not eating lots of meat, so she's able to go longer between baths.. 

High five back ?
