SUNDAY 2nd October: Back on the beach!!!

We found the donkeys! Yay!
and the Pier!
and we got down onto the beach and had a lovely sniff and explore under the pier again. And checked on all the stuff that needed checking, and widdled on all the stuff that needed widdling on.
Someone has stolen all the old fishing nets 
And someone else has moved in lotsandlotsandlots of sand! It is higher under the pier and comes higher up the ramps. Halfway up Mum's waist higher. That's a LOT!
Mum says the tide has brought it in, but that doesn't make sense, does it. Water goes on top of sand, it doesn't bring in huge buckets, does it?
and the water isn't carrying anything at the moment, cos it has nearly disappeared 
The beach was HUGE!
We also had a good sniff of this. Someone has cleared off all the nice sniffy stuff that was stuck on the railings, too.
Tara tried to climb on this. she tries to climb on EVERYTHING!
By this point, Tara had been very over excited and bouncy, and been really bouncing on ME. So I spotted those steps in the background, and decided that I would like to go home. I like the beach, but I don't like Tara on the beach. But Mum didn't want me to go home yet. so we had to walk on to the next set of steps and the vegan cafe

I have decided that I like the vegan cafe. It is the blue place with the tile roof
It doesn't smell nicely of sausages. but they have a nice soft carpet, and they are dog friendly, and they give us chews.
But it does have a nice platform thing, where I can look out through the window and look at the beach and the sea and the sky, and people walk past and wave at me, and smile and make faces through the window and say how pretty I am. I like that.
I think that the vegans should give me some sausages, cos my cuteness is a nice advert for them, isn't it? Two paws and their humans came in while we were there, all cos of ME looking cute. 
We had to walk back along the promenady thing, cos Cato had been so weird on the beach. I don't understand why he does it. How can he not like being bounced on? It is such FUN!
Look at all these paws! EVERYONE woz out enjoying the beach. And best of all, we get to have the beach all the winter til something called Easter Friday.
