Oh No not the dreaded C A T ..... Let me at em...let me at em ...Attack 

Ha ha - that's one thing about having big dogs........any Boxer we've had always came car shopping so we could make sure he/she would be comfortable in the back.  Also had to look for window placement.....did they go down or just pop out?  How high was the back entrance, could the dog jump in (especially as our Boxers got older with arthritis).   I'm not personally fond of leather - can be so hot or so cold but it is SO much easier to remove dog hair.

I haven't had a sedan in a hundred years......SUVs, hatch backs, station wagon, van - always for the dog(s)!  My husband has a sedan and he won't let the dogs anywhere near the interior.  He doesn't much like me in it either!  LOL.

Ooh Tara and Cato but the new car smell is Awesome, what good sniffs you're gonna have!!  I got to go car shopping once, see when mommy and daddy picked me up daddy had a real small car and then he wanted to get a truck again... Mommy said he was going through a 'phase' and new cars was better than new women... Whatever that means!  soo anyway I got to go and check out the new truck and make sure I was Ok with my area, that was the Best sniff ever!! Just you wait it's gonna be Great!! Missy

Wow!  You saw a cat!  What did you two think of the kitty?  Did it remind of you of having Sidney around?    Coco and Benji have a cat sister named Hannah and they love her to pieces but if they see a cat outside, they just have to chase it.  I have to remind them when they go outside, "No Kitty Cat chasing!"  

I think if you give the new car a real fighting chance, you might find that you will come to really like it!  

Mum came home sniffing of Freddy who is Pops and Nana's cat a few days ago.  It was really interesting.  She said it was the first time she had got her paws on a cat for too long.  She did ear rubs and chin scritching, and deep back rubs, and Freddy liked it.  I think she misses Sidney more than we do.  He never wanted to have anything to do with us, but he always had time for Mum, and if he got to her lap first, I didn't try to get on.

If Tara gets to Mum's lap first, I just climb on and get between Mum and Tara.  And Tara slides slowly down over Mums knees.  It is very funny.  But I wouldn't ever have done that with Sidney 

Strange Cats just need to be chased, don't they?  It is like they are asking for it...

I miss having a kitty too......our last one, Patches lived to be 21.  Shorty is almost like having a cat though!  (Don't tell him I said that.)
