No fail meatloaf

Have ye ever had meatloaf that was tooo dry and tasteless, or tried to make it and it failed?

I have.... but I have your solution! lol

Follow the directions to the letter unless you want to make a bigger batch.

1lb Hamburger Meat

16 saltine crackers

1 egg

chopped onion (not really whole one but as much as you think you want)

chopped green pepper (not really whole one but as much as you think you want)

about 1/8 tsp salt

about 1/4 tsp black pepper

two or three squirts of mustard

1) 8 oz can of tamatoe sauce

Combine all ingredients together BUT ONLY ADD HALF THE CAN OF TOMATOE SAUCE the other half goes on top after its in the pan. AND DO NOT SUBSTITUTE THE SAUCE WITH KETCHUP

I bake mine in a rod iron skillet with no cover on the top. You can use a meatloaf pan as well but I dont have one.

Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
