I's so proud of my 10 week old baby

She learned to go to the front door all by herself. Now she just sits there so I tried to teach her to speak which took one day but now she only speaks when she wants me to pick her up. How do I get her to do this at the door. I try it and the door to no avail.

I don't know, but have you ever thought of teaching her to paw at a strip of bells hanging from the door knob? I've seen those and thought they might work since most Shih tzu I've known seem to like to paw at things.
