BusterBoo 4
Well, Easter is over and I ended up with a lot of leftover ham! So, I ground it all up to make sandwiches but I was wondering if anyone had a recipe that required minced ham? I was thinking about maybe doing a thin layer of mashed potatoes, then a layer of minced ham, topped with another layer of the potatoes. Does anyone else have any ideas??? Tzu crew 1
Scollaped Ham and Cheese Casserole Several potatoes sliced thin cubed ham sliced american cheese or grated cheddar cheese milk cream of mushroom soup chopped onion onion powder salt pepper Layer the potatoes, ham, cheese, and onions in a baking dish. Sprinkle with onion powder, salt, and pepper. Then mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with one can of milk in a seperate bowl. Pour mixture over ham and potato mixture. If needed use another can of mushroom soup and milk to make sure that the ham and potatoes are just barely covered. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
