Becky's Peamutt Butter & Dip a Cheese

Peamutt Butter

1/2 cup peanutbutter

1 T. Oil (even olive works)

1 cup water

2 1/4 cup wheat flour

1 cup oats

Pre heat over to 375. Mix together all ingredients. Roll dough to 1/4 in thickness and cut with a cookie cutter. Place on a ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 35 min. Allow to cool

Dip a Cheese

1/2 cup shedded cheddar cheese

2 T. of soft oleo

1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour

1/2 cup milk

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees..Cream together the oleo and cheese. Add milk and flour .

roll into a ball and roll out to 1/4 thickness. Cut using a cookie cutter and place on a ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 30 to 35 min. Allow to cool
