janemin 5 Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 Sorry Guys,I know this has been on here before,but I cant find it anwhere.Someone mentioned that you could take sweet potatoes,slice them & bake them in the oven.Thats all I remember.Can one of you help me out.How thin do you slice ,do you peel them & do you bake them with a little butter or oil.& finaly how long do you bake them. HeatherMax 2 Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 I wash them, and put them in the Cuisinart with the slicer attachment, makes them look like a potato chip. Place them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 250 until they are crisp, about 3 hours, longer if they are a thicker slice. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
