MONDAY 11th Apr: Trekking with Dad
Mum: Dear, dear, Dad has filled in again today, so that I could stay home and work. So I missed all the fun.
However, he took the camera, and with a small amount of muttering has provided us all with this fantastic record of the adventure. As you look at them, please bear in mind that this is exactly the same park and walking route that we go on when I take the pics of weeping willow, ducks, bullrushes, swans, etc. It is SO TRUE that beauty is in the eye of the beholder!!!
They had a great walk, and are now sleeping it off, so I will have to give you a kind of 'interpretative guide' as we go through.
This shot is less than 100 yards from the car park, and they are already muddy, and already wanting Dad to HURRY UP!
Apparently there was a monster black bin bag in the bushes, so Cato was understandibly wary. Tara didn't notice it.
Cato knew he wasn't allowed to eat/lick/sniff the red thing. But he soooooo wanted to.
Cato falling behind because every time he tries to catch up, Tara bounces on him
See?
And now, A Brief Tour Of NE Lincolnshire Benches:
(or should I say Climbing Frames?)
Also, pleased to announce that Cato seems to have recovered from yesterday's ordeal, slept like a baby, and didn't howl in the night.
