THURSDAY 14th Apr: Fights benches and sniffs

LOOK! Isn't this THE BEST EVER??? Someone dug this for us, and there is a worm in the bottom.
It was a slow deep sniff. I had to get right in there. And stay there. Mum and Dad walked off cos they are disabled in the nose department. And Tara walked off because she isn't capable of appreciating. But I would have stayed there FOR EVER if Mum hadn't kept calling me 
We got some other sniffs on the way round the lake though. But none of them were as... as... important.
Tara wanted to fight all the time. OF course. Sometimes I just lie there like a Mum does with her pups. Resigned. She doesn't notice.
Can you see my sore ear? Mum says the infection is back. She thinks it is Tara licking me. cos she has just started licking me in the other ear too - and now that is pink too. Tara is a pest.
This is when she stopped fighting and we could explore more. It was a bit muddy. But we didn't mind.
This is a black pigeon. He was out of reach. We just watched him. And he watched us. He was a scary pigeon.
Tara: I think Cato is getting worse and worse at fighting. Or I am getting better. Maybe it is my awesome ninja moves. Wot do you think?
The benches were weird today. Cato liked this one - but no one would go and sit with him.
Dad said 'Not yet my lad, you need to work up more of an appetite'. Which is funny, cos I am always starving.
I chose this bench, and Dad agreed. I love Dad. I wake him up in the morning with licky kisses. I climb all the way up onto the bed and love him so much he wakes up.
But just as we were settling down for a nice game of Truffle Hound, along came Percy and I had to hide between Mum and Dad on the seat bit.
He is a Tibetan Terrier. except Mum says they aren't really terriers. just called terriers. It is very confusing. Cato liked him, and they played for a bit. But I didn't.
This is the weird bench and the weird path. I wanted to investigate, but I like treats more. Mum is very sneaky with the treats.
