THURSDAY 9th June: Foxy with Dad
Cato:
After a lot of discussion, we decided to walk Dad at Foxy today. He knows the way around, so can't get lost, and it means we don't have to manage him on the pavement at all. Hot in the car though!
Mum says you won't recognise the park - not a flower in sight. Says that Dad doesn't see flowers. And has had to be trained to give them too.
It was lovely and sniffy today. These are something called Tennis Courts. Something to do with Wimbledon. People only use them for dog training and for the bit around Wimbledon each year, Mum says. the rest of the time they just fill up with dead leaves.
Great sniff. Tara missed this one.
We shared this one.
Dad likes distance shots. with no people in them. It was a lovely peaceful walk.
Catching up - wasn't going on strike, honest!
Did I tell you the sniffs were amazing?
Tara:
We had 2 pigeon hunts! But Dad didn't pic my near Victory! Cos it all happened so VERY FAST, and my Ninja moves were such a blurr.
This gate bit is good. There is a sniffy bin. and two ways through. Big Fat humans can only get through next to the hedge now. Later it will grow bigger and they have to go through the gate. Sometimes there is mud too! And humans tiptoe through holding onto the fence so they don't slip over. It is very funny to watch.
This is me on Pigeon Watch
I am looking forward to my haircut, cos you can't see my Special Pink Collar, can you? I look un-pink at the moment. And Mum hasn't put my sprouts in for days. I am going to ask her to do them again for when I go to the salon.
and beating Cato in a race.
It was a good walk, but it would have been better if Mum had been with us.
