Can I just say that it's getting harder and harder to find a HUMAN to talk to on the phone?!!! 
I just spent literally 25min. trying to make an adjustment on one of my accounts and after I finally got her on the phone and told her what needed to be changed she says, "please hold while I make the necessary adjustments!" I'm not kidding another 10min. (I know this 'cause my phone shows how long you've been on it). I'll tell ya it's just a good thing that w/age, for me anyway, comes patience! :P
