MONDAY 31st October: Halloween Pack Walk at Foxy
Cato:
Dad and Mum could both come on our walk today, so we had a Pack walk together, at Foxy, cos Mum said we might be able to see some ghosty monster things there, under the leaves, if we sniffed really hard! But instead we found Georgie.
It was very leafy
Tara just wanted treats. So she climbed up on every bench and asked for them. She looks a bit sulky here, doesn't she? That is cos Mum said 'not this time, Little Madam!'
Haha!
This is the Step Mountain again. I have to hang back a bit, or she will bounce on me as I go up. but it is OK cos Dad checks I am OK and waits for me.
This is me chasing her. Can you see her back leg sticking out sideways. She does that sometimes. I think it looks a bit girly and silly.
But then she turned round and BOUNCED!
And then she got my tail! Ow! Stop that!
Ow! Ow! Ow! Gerroff!!!
Tara tried again on this bench. And this time Mum said 'OK Brat. But only if you haven't trampled on it and made it wet.'
And then they sat down and we played Truffle Hound.
This is my friend Georgie. He is nice. He doesn't pull my tail. And Tara climbs up on the bench to get away from him. So it is ALL good!
Mum says that Georgie is very handsome. Although not as handsome as me, of course.
Georgie's dad wandered off, but Georgie stayed with us all the way to the car. I like Georgie. I would like him to come home with us and stay with us. But Mum says he would miss his dad, so we had to wait till his dad came over and put Georgie on the lead.
This is me and Georgie hanging out together. Tara was with our Dad, so we had some proper man-time. It was very nice.
Tara:
Mum says I don't get any pics today, cos of pulling Cato's tail so much.
Wot a fuss about nothing! If he didn't want his tail pulled then he shouldn't have tried to overtake me, should he?
Waving his tail around like that.
Not fair!
Mum:
The colours are exquisite today. I am so glad we went. The leaves are now falling so fast that it they will be nearly bare in a day or two. I don't think it will look nearly so lovely next time we go. And with the sun out too... gorgeous.
