Cato: Soooooo tired! We had 3 long walks today. Three!
first one was in Hebden Bridge. Mum said we was gonna have lovely doggy cakes and beer in a lovely cafe. But there was flooding a few weeks ago, and our cafe was closed while being un-flooded.
so we had a breakfast sausage sitting in the freezing cold (ice on puddles!) outside a not-doggy cafe. Not very nice. But then we had a walk along the canal,
Sidney: off to prison have my bed, my carrier, my catnip mouse, and i haven't had ANY breakfast. But i had a good sleep last night. I pushed Mum closer and closer to the edge, all night, til she woke up almost falling out. Bet she misses that tonight!
Cato: Long car journey. We stopped once for widdling. Lots and lots of strange dog sniffs and the grass was shoulder high, so lots of bouncing. We also stopped in a car park and Dad went food shopping and Mum stayed with us.
Mommy and daddy went to the store today and I had to stay here and go in my box. I really don't like to have to be home without mommy or daddy. I'm Ok as long as one of them is here and I don't have to be in my box. I like my box just fine so long as they are here and the door is open.
It upsets mommy a lot since it upsets me, she's funny like that, she Always wants me to be happy. So she's been doing a lot of reading and trying things to make me happier cuz I know sometimes I just have to

So Mum took us back to the Fox Park specially to check on the cherry blossom, and there was hardly any! The daffs are nearly out, and a few other sprootles were sprootling, but nothing exciting.

Missy's Big Cat Hunt was sooo exciting and inspiring , that we chose the beach today and set out to improve our hunting and tracking skills.
We started with a big breakfast in our favourite beach cafe, with sausages all round - to build our strength for the coming trek.

Today is Thursday and Mommie was expecting the gas engineer to replace the pump for the central heating. He rang at 8.20 and said he'll be arriving at 9am. He arrived on time and he only took 15 minutes to replace the old noisy pump. He must like doggies, because he gave us lots of fuss...

Pip and Abby having a lazy day today so not much happening.
I bought a small container of strawberry Yougart to try to fool Pip into taking his Slippery Elm dosage. Abby has never had Yougart so she was very suspicious at first till Pip went to eating his off my finger tip...mmm she likes it. Pip finished first so I put the remaining runny mixture in a saucer and she dove in head first...once she came up for air this is how she looked...hahahahaha ears to whiskers but oh mom that was yummy

My window was opened for half the morning then closed when it started to rain. So I couldn't smell the rain.
Then it was opened for half the evening, after the rain had stopped.
That was bearable.
And we had a nice ear rub, purr and cuddle in the big bed last evening, and I got the middle spot, as always.
However, I noticed that they were looking at holiday cottages on the computer last night. And train schedules.

So when Dad has to do his Work Stuff, he goes out for ages, and sometimes he comes and goes in the middle of the night. It is always very exciting when he walks in, and we bounce and bounce and bounce!
The last few days he has been getting up in the middle of the night, and missing our walks, so yesterday was GREAT. He woke up with us, and walked with us AND went to bed with us. I even went and spent the evening with him yesterday evening, because I love him, and I can lie in
My pretty snow turned to sleet last night, so when I woke up there was ice everywhere, I couldn't believe it

Then it just rained all day.. And I just watched.. It was a good day for a looong nap for me while mommy did mommy things.
The best part was daddy fixed one of my puzzle games, YAY! And I got to play it again! That made it a Very Very happy day after all!!

Amazing walk today! Wet and wild and bouncy. We went twice round the big lake and I saw sleet and stuff. It was very exciting. The photos won't show nearly how exciting it was. And we got SOAKED to the skin and it was FUN. And there was mud and EVERYTHING.
